Open Your Heart to Difficult Feelings

To make love flow, you must open your heart to anything that arises and welcome it.

Distressing feelings can arise frequently. When you have time, focus and let yourself process them freely. Don’t run away until they’re dissolved. Stay with them for as long as it takes.

Keep track of how you’re feeling during the day. If something started tormenting you, process it immediately or plan a time for doing so. Don’t become numb to it.

Repeatedly cleanse your heart from barriers to your love. It’s the only way to move on from things and be light and happy.

You can set up regular heart cleansing sessions for yourself. You’ll be better mentally prepared when it’s scheduled. A question you can ask is: “What wishes to go into my heart that I’ve been running from?”.
