As an Introvert, Go Back to Your Depth Regularly

If you’re an introvert, make sure you dedicate enough time to being in your depth. Come back to yourself regularly – otherwise you will feel unbalanced and hollow.

This is serious. Respect your introverted nature. Even if the world (or: you!) is inflicting pressure on you to be more social and go out more or something, and you don’t feel like it, make sure that you stand up for yourself and carve out time for regeneration. Treat yourself with high regard. This is your genuine need and it’s important.

Going back to your depth might mean different things: reading a book in silence, going on a walk in the wood, laying on your bed listening to music, having a deep conversation with your friend, going on a silent and focused psychedelic trip. Whatever floats your boat. Be aware of what regenerates you and allocate time for that intentionally.
