If you’re a man, here’s a life hack. Treat Reality like a Woman.
Talk to Her like an equal. You are a Man – be a respectable partner. Say that you love Her, joke with Her, feel aroused by Her. Tell Her about your excitement, the inspiring work you’re doing – and if you aren’t doing it then own up to it, because you’re not giving Her your all. Treat Her like a serious lover. It’s factually true that She is your Only One – there’s just you and It, so take care of the relationship with Her.
Of course, in times of heavy emotion and need you can always switch to a more childish position. When things feel too difficult, Reality can always turn into the Mother / Father. This is perfectly fine.
Your relationship to Reality changes depending on how you relate to It in the moment. And you can always switch how you relate. There’s zero shame in that. You can be open to having a complex everything-relationship with Reality.
If you’re a woman, you can treat Reality as a Man. Or you can see Reality as your Bro / Sis. Or even as your Child. Remember, Reality is your Everything! Find your preferred ways of relating and go along with them. Being the Infinite Mirror, Reality will simply reflect back.
