Every time you’re talking to someone, acting out an energy, reacting to an event – you are interacting with Reality.
It’s just you and Reality. It may look like there are multiple separate people and events, but in truth they are One Thing. It’s really just you and God.
Fighting with someone is Self-interaction. Having sex is Self-interaction. Fearing a tiger in front of you is Self-interaction. Looking your gf/wife in the eyes lovingly is Self-interaction.
If you’re conscious, you can see Reality in everything. Because it literally is everything. And you can realize that all of your life is spent interacting with God. See it and make your relationship to God beautiful.
